NEWTON COUNTY CONFEDERATE MONUMENT FIGHT GOES BEFORE THE GEORGIA COURT OF APPEALS on Tuesday, APRIL 13TH, 2021 at 10:30am

Gentlemen,

The Sons of Confederate Veterans case in Newton County is moving into the oral argument stage at the Georgia Court of Appeals. Then the sister case of T. Davis Humphries v. Newton County will be heard thereafter.

The hearing will be conducted virtually, so no in-person attendance will be permitted. We encourage all Compatriots to go to the Georgia Court of Appeal’s Webpage and listen in to the oral arguments through a live link. Below is the information:
